Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth held a Press Conference at the Marine’s Memorial Hotel in San Francisco on Feb. 19, which was broadcast on the internet, using Citrix and QuickTime software (over a T-1 connection). Here are some of the technical basics below. For more on the content being broadcast, visit Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and inquire within.

Three video cameras and the PowerPoint screens were mixed using a video mixer, selecting the best viewing angle. The audio and video mix was digitally recorded to DVCAM on the Sony DSR11. That video was digitized and compressed to a smaller file size for loading onto the server. The video displayed on this page is compressed at lower resolution, for streaming on the internet, and longer movie times. The video was compressed with QuickTime, and the codecs used were 3GP and MP4. The video quality could have been much better, but the file size was too large to post for hour long sequences, so I had to compress with more lossy codecs to reduce the movie file size. The audio and video feed was provided by 911 TV (higher resolution DVD video recordings will be available from them).
